She was predeceased by: her father Roy Taylor; and her siblings, Brenda Taylor and Brad Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Herbie Vernon, Jr. (Kate) of East Lyme, CT and Sarah Bailey (Brandon) of Chesapeake, VA; her sister Linda Tibbetts (Greg) of Portsmouth, VA; the father of her children Herbie Vernon, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Bailey, Sadie Vernon, Hayes Vernon and Brynn Bailey.
