It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Stevens (Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina), who passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Terry Stevens and Carla Koberg Stevens; his grandmother Rosaline Koberg; and his parents-in-law, Harley and Glynn Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Powell Stevens; his brothers-in-law, George Powell (Jan), David Powell (Charlene) and Scott Powell (Theresa); and his sibling's children, Ashley Stevens, Julie Powell, Harlie Powell, Cody Powell and Zachary Powell.
