He is survived by: his wife Denise Bender; his children, Denise Hartford of Redbank, NJ, Christopher J. Bender (Maureen) and Gerilyn Rabinowitz (Michael) of Tom River, NJ.; his grandchildren, George Fischer (Rosemary), Eric Fischer (Jacqueline), Veronika Kauffman (Noland), Christopher Bender, Jr., Timothy Bender and Zachary Benevento (Aysneur); and his great grandchildren, Colette Fischer, Georgiana Fischer, Thea Kauffman, Kaia Benevento and Roza Benevento.
