He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Wescott Sr. and Nelda Keeton Wescott. He is survived by: his daughters, Vonnie Wescott, Gigi Wescott and McKenzie Wescott Johnson; his brother Kevin Wescott; his grandchildren, Bailey, Max and Hailynn; his niece Lauren W. Carlton; and his nephew Ben Wescott.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Twiford Funeral Homes - Outer Banks Chapel (500 Budleigh St, Manteo, NC 27954). A reception was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
