He is survived by: his children, Amy Stuart Waters, Jill Courtney Waters and Alan Chadwick Waters; his children-in-law, Matthew Rooney and Page Klein Waters; and his siblings, Jeffrey Mark Waters, Brion Lee Waters, Vernon Scott Waters, Sharon Kaye Waters and Gregory Paul Waters. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
