He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmore Weaver and Wilma Edna Weaver; his brothers, Ronald Weaver and Walter Weaver; and his daughter Shelly Marie Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Medley Weaver; his children, Cindy Price (Daniel), Dale Ellis Weaver Jr. (Vallerie), Keith Darren Weaver (Andrea) and Brian Douglas Weaver (Charity); and his siblings, Mike Weaver, Donnie Weaver and Sherley Weaver-Swhitzer. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the GID Branch Baptist Church (11001 Haystack Rd, Thurmond, NC 28683). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the White Rock United Methodist Church (576 Mountain Park Rd, State Road, NC 28676).
