He was predeceased by : his parents, Chris Moutos and Irene Mastoras Moutos. He is survived by : his sons, O. Y. A. and Youth; his significant other Stamey Ziavliakis Moutos; his sons, Chris Moutos and Spero Moutos; his brothers, Fred Moutos of Raleigh and Timothy Moutos of Winston-Salem; and his parents-in-law, Spiros and Eleni Ziavliakis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
