She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Smith and Lucille Meadows Smith; her husband Kenneth W. Duggins; her son Stephen K. Duggins; her siblings, James, John, Joe Smith and Minnie Ruth Lynch; and her son-in-law Michael Hall.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Hall, Mary Ruth Mabe (Tim), Dwight Duggins (Rhonda) and Chris Duggins (Shannon); her grandchildren, April H. Robertson (Steven), Chad A. Hall (Stephanie), Cody Duggins (Taylor), Lenzie, Madison Mabe, Brandon, Allyssa, Ryder Duggins and Ashley D. Boles (Zeke); her great grandchildren, Colby, Abby Robertson, Riley, Hadley Hall and Tucker Duggins; her siblings, Mary Edith Robertson (Dean), Judy Kinney (Mike), Sarah Boyles (Dale) and David Smith (Gloria); and her sisters-in-law, Odessa Hamm (Ted) and Tilda Duggins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
