He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Tinkey" Yarbrough Lynch; his children, Sherry Barringer (David) and Joey Lynch (Lori); his grandson Weston Barringer; and his siblings, June Frye, Kaye French, Jane Lynch Key and Gaither Allen "Hunk" Lynch. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
