She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Upchurch and Doris Upchurch of Kings Mountain, NC; and her sister Shirley Wright. She is survived by: her husband William Lawrence "Billy" Roark Jr. of Kings Mountain, NC.; her children, Holly York (Travis York) of Cherryville, NC. and William Lawrence "Tripp" Roark III (Melissa Roark); and her sisters, Barbara Biddix of Kings Mountain, NC and Dale Wright (Luther Wright). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
