He is survived by: his wife Helen Owens Putnam; his children, Amy Putnam Criswell (Michael Steven Criswell II), Walter Brandon Putnam (Niki), William Darrin Putnam (Melissa), Jamie Belcher (Charlotte) and Scott Belcher (Katarina Vukojicic); his siblings, Ann McDaniel (Larry), Peggy Black, Annette Burton (Carl) and David Putnam (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Hanna Putnam, Michael Criswell, Karsyn Blair Criswell, Jared, Amber and Taylor Belcher Many.
