It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Hardin of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son David Bright. She is survived by: her parents, George William Hardin and Dorothy Padgett Hardin; her daughter Brandi Hardin; her siblings, Timothy Hardin and Peggy Whitaker; and her grandchildren, Gabby Jay and Emily Bright. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
