She was predeceased by: her husband James Brown; her parents, Paul Hoffman and Kathleen Hoffman; and her siblings, Carl "Bob" Hoffman and Sandra Grigg.
She is survived by: her sister Kay Sparrow (Donnie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crowders Mountain Baptist Church (125 Mayberry Ln, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
