He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Blake Millsaps and Maggie Wyatt Millsaps; and his siblings, Jimmy, Jerry Millsaps and Pamela Everhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hallman; his children, Paige McAlister (Duffy) of Kings Mountain, Corey Hallman of Kings Mountain, Cindy O'Brien (Ben) of Grover, NC and Norma Blain (Kevin) of Nashville, TN.; his sisters, Marjorie Cartner of Statesville, NC, Sandra Keller of Mocksville, NC and Anne Livengood (Ken) of Statesville, NC.; his grandchildren, John McAlister (Emily) of Stanley, NC and Taylor McAlister of Kings Mountain; and his pet Sir Winston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
