She is survived by: her children, Arthur Dale Wellmon (Kay Blackwood), Jewel Lynn Wellmon and Anita Lee Strange; her grandchildren, Christopher Dale Wellmon, Kimberly Helton McEntyre (Jeff) and Sheena Nicole Smith; and her great grandchildren, Justin Garrett McEntyre (Greta Rockstad), Hastin Lee Smith, Reagan Nicole Smith, Landon Trey Smith, Tristin Dell Oliver, Jax Dell Oliver and Harlie Nicole Oliver.
