She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard Dayberry and Chloe Hartman Dayberry; her sons, Joshua Dean Justice and Joseph Howard McSwain; and her brother Dean Dayberry.
She is survived by: her husband Max Buford Justice; her sister-in-law Ann Dyer; and her daughter-in-law Derita. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
