She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Spangler and Ethel Spangler of Grover, NC.; and her brother-in-law Harold Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Michael Eckard (Lori) of Kings Mountain and Amanda Blake (Chris) of Shelby; her stepdaughter Paula Harmon (Chip) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Mylin Eckard, Ryan Blake, Paige Blake, Georgia, Olivia, Caroline, Nicholas Moss and Adeline Harmon; her sisters, Sandra Ellis of Kings Mountain and Abigail Tant (Steve) of Zebulon; her half-sister Jerry Thornburg of Cherryville; her nephew Alan Ellis (Jaclyn); her niece Amy Allen (David); her great grandchild Paisley Blake; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, David Ray, Michael, Katie Allen, Aydan Cable, Masyn and Westyn Ellis.
