He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costner Sr. and Sally Adams Costner; and his son-in-law David Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Annette Herron Costner; and his children, Teresa Bowen of Kings Mountain, NC, Dianne Bowen (James) of Grover, NC, Jeanette Sisk of Kings Mountain, NC, Sally Elrod (David) of Dallas, NC, Lisa Philbeck (Daryl) of Kings Mountain, NC and Jessie McGinnis of KIngs Mountain, NC. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren 15 Great Grandchildren 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
