She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Wayne Rush and Jennifer Dawn Rhinehardt; her grandmothers, Evelyn S. Day and Dawn Rhinehardt; her siblings, Lawrence Shrewsberry, Jr., Brooke Rush and Ted Rush; her aunt Kim Brooks (Billy); and her uncle Josh Rhinehardt. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
