She is survived by: her mother Patsy Dover Herndon of Kings Mountain, NC; her husband Thomas Hawk; her siblings, Lori Herndon of Kings Mountain, NC and Brent Herndon (Kristie) of Kings Mountain, NC; and her nephews, Garrett Herndon (Peyton) and Kyle Herndon (Sierra).
