He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Alexander Wood; his sons, Brandon Wood (Bonnie) of Spring Hill, TN and Lane Wood (Meghan) of Coral Springs, FL.; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Ruby, Presley, Teddy, Ezra, Lily, Sadie and Hazel.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kings Mountain (605 W King St, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
