Marilyn Hamrick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Hamrick of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Dixon and Blanche Patterson Dixon; her husband George G. Hamrick; her siblings, Delbert Dixon, Lindbergh Dixon, Peggy Dixon Tinsley, Herbert Dale Dixon, JoAnn Dixon Lundquist, Jake Dixon and Lane Dixon; and her stepson Tim Hamrick.
She is survived by: her sister Becky Dixon Patterson of Kings Mountain; her stepchildren, George T. Hamrick (Stephanie) of Gastonia and Cheryl H. Farfour (Les) of Shelby; her stepdaughter-in-law Anja L. Hamrick of Boiling Springs; and her niece Leah Parker. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
