Marsha Hill Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 10, 2026, at the age of 59, Marsha Hill of Kings Mountain, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Marsha may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marsha touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Junior Gentry and Barbara Ann Kennedy Gentry; and her brother Chris Gentry. She is survived by: her fiancé Ambrose Downs; her children, Scottie Buckner (Santa) and Kyle Buckner; her grandchildren, Katy Buckner and Claire Buckner; and her brothers, Jeff Gentry and Feddie Gentry. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Marsha's memory to a charity of one's choice.
