He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Clebnik and Helen Lapp Clebnik; and his wife Phyllis Clebnik. He is survived by: his son Brian Clebnik (Linda) of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily and Joshua Clebnik; and his sister-in-law Barbara Serating (Michael) of Southern Pines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
