She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles G. Walker and Evelyn Truett Colvin. She is survived by : her husband Timmy Hooper; her children, LaTasha Ray, Amanda Ray (Joseph Wayne Hughes) of Gastonia, NC and Mitchel Lee Hooper of Bessemer City, NC.; and her siblings, Robert G. Walker (Sheila) of Kings Mountain, NC, Connie Noland of Statesville, NC, Theresa Utt (Jerry) of Kings Mountain, NC, John Wayne Walker (Ruth Ann) of Shelby, NC, Pamela Layel (Dennis) of Gastonia, NC, Crystal Byers (Eric) of Grover, NC and Charles Shane Walker of Waco, NC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
