He is survived by: his mother Winifred Costa; his sister Karen Gowen of Montrose, Colorado; his daughter Nichole Costa of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his brother Gordon Costa of Phoenix, Arizona; and his stepchildren, Joseph Blankenship of Abingdon, VA and Sarah Jane Hargis of Austin, TX. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
