It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Bolin of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Nick Bolin and Mattie Turner Bolin. He is survived by : his siblings, Margie Blanton, Coy and Charles Bolin; his wife Sheila Coats Bolin; his daughters, Crystal Bolin Williams (Jeff) of Kings Mountain, NC and Lisa Bolin Baxter of Gastonia, NC.; his brothers, Hermon, Lawrence, Erskhine, Marvin and Kenny Bolin; his grandchildren, Brittney Brooks, Chris Williams, Amber Black, Hannah Williams and Casey Walker; and his great grandchildren, Callie, Cash, Cameron, Dillon, Elijah, Ziyon, Taya, Saylem, Nova and Skylynn.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Harris Funeral Home (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel (101 W Mountain St, Kings Mountain, NC 28086).
