He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Welch and Bobbie Bennett Welch; and his siblings, Don Welch Jr. and Lynn Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Harper Welch; and his brothers-in-law, Rex Harper (Martha) of Clover, SC, Bill Wilson and Denver.
