It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Ellison (Kings Mountain, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Proctor and Dollie Connor Proctor; her husband Warren G. Ellison; her siblings, J. C., Clyde, Howard Proctor and Sara Chaney; and her son-in-law Boyce Tesenair.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Tesenair of Kings Mountain, Rick Ellison of Kings Mountain and Mike Ellison (Joyce); and her grandchildren, Brodie Ellison, Steven Tesenair and Eric Tesenair (Traci). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to El Bethel United Methodist Church in Kings Mountain.
