With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Dean Daves of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2026 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his father Brandon Rivenbark. He is survived by: his son Israel Paul Daves (Cheyenne); his wife Lucinda "Cindy" Kae Crenshaw; his siblings, Robin Geoghegan (Kevin), Diane Williamson (Randall), Billy Ray Daves (Debbie), Susie Daves, Anita Murphy (Marcus), Bobby Daves (Cathy) and Melissa; his brother-in-law Jimmy Fort; his uncles, JC Daves and Robert Guin; and his aunt Francis Byars. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (2027 Co Rd 232, Wildwood, FL 34785).
