She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Payseur and Barbara White Payseur; her husband Bain Hallman; her son Joel Bain Hallman; and her brothers, Kenneth Payseur and Paul Payseur.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Hallman Hullender of Kings Mountain and Elaine Hallman Huss (Johnny) of Iron Station; her grandchildren, Amy Huss Cook (Jeffrey), Taylor Hullender Byars (Brandon), Chase Hullender and Ryan Hullender; her great grandchildren, Jordan Cook (Breanna), Kyle Cook, Emersyn Byars and Blake Byars; her great great grandchild Rosalie Cook; and her pet Scooter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (112 Mt Zion Church Rd, Cherryville, NC 28021). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery (112 Mt Zion Church Rd, Cherryville, NC 28021).
