It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Carsylie Pryor Jr. of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pryor Sr. and Kathleen Kuykendall Pryor; and his son Tim Moore. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pryor; his children, Jack Moore, Robby Pryor, Rebekah Schemahorn (Craig) and Ben Thulin (Rhiannon); his grandchildren, Kevin Moore, Blake Pryor, Jamie Moore, Eleanor Thulin and Arianwen Thulin; and his great grandchild Malachi Moore.
INTERMENT: St. Luke's Lutheran Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC, In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Kings Mountain in memory of Junior.
