He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis Wallace; and his parents, Dock Wallace and Mae Wallace. He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Skipper; his children, Jonathan (Susann), Brandon (Samantha) and Ashley; and his siblings, Rick Wallace and Susan Gaskins. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
