He is survived by: his wife Mary Davis; his daughters, Theressa Wade of Kinston, NC and Jody Waters of New Jersey; and his siblings, Carrie Young of Fort Washington, MD, William Davis of Columbia, SC, Melvin Davis of Bronx, NY and Bobby Davis of Morrisville, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
