She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William Anderson Keffer and Vida Mae Lee Keffer; and her brothers-in-law, Benjamin "Ben" Kerr Avery and Dr. Ronald Jay Pollock. She is survived by: her sister Dr. Phaedra Keffer Pollock; her nephew William "Bill" Keffer Pollock (Amy Ross); her great-nephews, William "Seth" Pollock (Amanda Ocando) and Harry Pollock (Londyn Hutson); her nephew Canon Ronald "Ron" Pollock; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander Joseph "A. J." Fudala and Lee Fudala; her sisters, Linda Keffer Avery and Portia Keffer Neely; her nieces, Phaedra Ann Neely and Lee Neely Barton (Richard); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Davis Barton and Lane Barton; Charles Jay Pollock and Maple Pollock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her beloved hometown church, St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 800 Rountree St, Kinston, NC 28501.
