She is survived by: her children, Amy McDaniel Smith (William G. Smith III) of Atlantic Beach, Catherine McDaniel McGuckin (James) of Savage, MI, Alton David McDaniel of Kinston and Allen Ray McDaniel; and her siblings, June Alston of DeQuincy, LA, Wencil Stracner (Norma) of DeRidder, LA and Don Stracner (Lyndal) of Leesville, LA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
