She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wright Outlaw and Mollie Stroud Outlaw; her husband Cleveland Lee Baker, Sr.; her children, Dayle and Tuffy; her son-in-law Roger Carter; and her siblings, Joseph Outlaw Jr., Iris Mozingo, Lillie Hill, Bessie Weeks, Kathleen McDaniel, Bonnie Carter, Doris Harrison, Ann Honeycutt and Dennis Outlaw.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Carter, Molly Jones (Rodney) and Jonny Baker (Kim); her daughter-in-law Troni Baker; and her siblings, Rachel Spann and Eddy Outlaw. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 25 great-great grandchildren.
