Wiggins of Cincinnati; his stepdaughter Elima Leyvu; and his siblings, Horace Wiggins Jr. (Hattie) of Winterville, Lawrence M. Wiggins (Valerie) of Summerville, SC, Elaine Wiggins of Kinston, Yvette Baxter of Kinston and Robbin Dean of Kinston. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
