He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Hannah Seay, Noah Seay and Jackson Seay; and his siblings, Teala Jones (Desmond) of Fremont and Patrick Seay of Kinston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and close family friends.
