She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Daughety Jr. and Margaret Wilson Daughety; and her siblings, A. B. Daughety III, Luther Daughety and Susan Daughety.

She is survived by: her husband Alton Hobbs; her son Seth Hobbs (Latoya Hobbs); her stepgrandson Cameron Betton; and her grandson Cyrus Hobbs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
