It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Wilcox (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davis and Mertie Davis; her siblings, Shirley Hill and Lynwood Davis; and her daughter Rose Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Pike; her son-in-law Jerry Pike; her grandchildren, Jason Taylor and Amanda Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Kinley and Ethan Hoover.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be made to Shady Grove Church in Betty's honor.
