He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foy William and Roberta Fleming McMillan; his wife Patricia Wickline McMillan; his son William Keith McMillan (Paula Fisher McMillan) of Kinston; his granddaughter Margaret Alison McMillan of Roanoke; his sisters, JoAnne Hart (Patrick) of St. Albans, WV and Linda Cook (Pete) of Covington; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Harmon of Covington, Clyde Wickline (Carol) of Sweet Springs, WV and Robert Wickline of Middleburg Heights, OH.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
