He is survived by: his children, Charlie Smith, Jaxon Smith and Emmalin Smith; his father Braxton Smith (Debbie); his brother J. T. Smith (Susan); his nieces and nephews, Walker and Cate Smith; his stepbrother Jeremy Smith (Heather); Bo, Brenn Smith and Kristie Barnette Smith.
