He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mary Rafferty and Cleon Herbert Rafferty; and his siblings, Debi Shepherd and David Rafferty. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rafferty (Cyndi); his children, Benjamin Rafferty (Nicole) and Carrie Rafferty; his stepchildren, Jessica Tyndall and Brandon Adkins; his grandchildren, Brayden Tyndall, Brendan Tyndall, Kellen Rafferty, Teddy Rafferty and Natalia Rafferty; his siblings, Kathy Rafferty, Tom Rafferty (Mary) and Kevin Rafferty (Joy); and his caregivers, Richard Crumbacker and Hurley Ann Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He took pride in ushering in various services and was available to help out during outside church services that occurred, including the time of COVID.
