She is survived by : her son Keith Scazafavo (Miste); her grandchildren, Jason Scazafavo, Anthony Scazafavo and Amanda Scazafavo; her great grandchildren, Anahla Canty, Aidan Welch and Daisy Scazafavo; her daughters-in-law, Vonnie Scazafavo and Janet Matwijkow; her sisters, Maria K. Lee and Mary K. Smith (Bill); and her close friends, Patricia and David Kephart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
