With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Ham (Kinston, North Carolina), born in Seven Springs, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Price and Celia Price; her sisters, Maxine Price Barwick, Annie Price Philips and Elsie Price Moye; her husband Lee "Shine" Ham; her son Mike Ham; her grandson-in-law Mike Surcy; and her grandson Adam Michael Ham.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Mac Daughety) and Craig (Marla Ham); her grandchildren, Leigh Daughety Surcy, Kari, Rock Racobaldo, Jenni, Ryan Bennett, Sarah and Caleb Avery; and her great grandchildren, Richie, Jackson, Eliana Racobaldo, Allie and Mattie Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in honor of Leigh Daughety Surcy.
