He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Sparks; his daughters, Lisa Ingle (Chris) of California, Jackie Collins (Justin) of California, Kimberly Smith of Goldsboro and Karen Outlaw (Gary) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Carolyn Brown of Colorado and Eyvonne Sparks of Kinston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
