She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Bradshaw and Bessie Pope Bradshaw (William "Bill Smith"); and her sisters, Ann Williams and Peggy Colton. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Smith (Tina) and Brian Smith (Debbie); her grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Kara), Phillip Smith (Melania), Chad Smith (Audrey) and Danielle Smith (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Jordyn, Jared, Payton, Jayden and Eva. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
