He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Ethel O'Quinn White; and his grandson Tanner Lee White. He is survived by: his wife Rose Paulette White; his son Douglas Ennitt White, Jr. (Christina Davis White); his grandchildren, Abbott Lyn Howard (Hunter Howard) of Kinston and Sara Ann White of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Levi Howard and Dalton Howard; his sister Patsy Thompson (Bobby Thompson) of Kinston; his sisters-in-law, Linda M. Little of Kinston and Barbara Ann Pate of Deep Run; and his pet Porky White.
