He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Clark Forehand; his daughter Karen Elizabeth Forehand; his parents, Ernest Paul and Estelle Sorrell Forehand; his siblings, Ralph Forehand, Paul Forehand, Dorothy Jackson and Carol Smith; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Forehand, Dennis Jackson, Carl Smith and Harold Wade; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia Smith, Dolly Dickens, Roy Forehand and Clay Clark.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Annette Young, Dianne Hooks, Cathy Clark, Gerald, Jimmy, Kenneth Jackson, Paul D., Chester Forehand and Leroy Smith; his sisters-in-law, Louise Forehand and Cheryle Wade; and his friend Natalie Peek.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
